Not only the followers of Islam but those of other nation are impressed by the radiating light of Islamic principles and thereby are attracted to Islam. Islam is certainly like air, water and light, which are the patrimony of all humans. To accept it verbally is not enough; showing the sacrifice and proper action is also very important.
